•Responsible for the implementation of Quality system procedures (QSPs) as per Quality Management System (QMS) in the light of ISO-9001-2008 to meet the organizational goals.
•Responsible for development of departmental procedure to align with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management system (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS) 18001:2007 with collaboration of M/s GEM System Design (Pvt) LTD (Trainers and Management Consultants)
•In-charge Production Planning and Control (PP&C) Department NRTC.

Responsible for execution and monitoring of the project activities that includes the approvals for the procurements as per approved master project plans and allocations, installation of machines at site and the progress of the contractor on daily basis, technical Analysis of Engineering change proposals initiated from stakeholders and approval from top management and their implementation.

•Maintenance and operation of two Mitsubishi water absorption chillers plants of capacity 315 TON each, installed in the PC.
