•Managing all the manufacturing process in manufacturing of newly developed products and production
•Design and development of part for indigenous products
•Modification and innovation in the existing products design and reverse Engineering using CAD/CAM software i.e. Creo 01M, AutoCAD, polyworks and Geomagic

•Visited china for vendor evaluation and new sources selection for future NRTC business in the field of mechanical die casting, plastic and rubber.
•Responsible for the implementation of Quality system procedures (QSPs) as per Quality Management System (QMS) in the light of ISO-9001-2008 to meet the organizational goals.
•Responsible for development of departmental procedure to align with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management system (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS) 18001:2007 with collaboration of M/s GEM System Design (Pvt) LTD (Trainers and Management Consultants)
•In-charge Production Planning and Control (PP&C) Department NRTC.
•Reporting and assisting Deputy Chief Engineer (Production Planning and control).
•Develop Master Production schedule and schedule updates
•Material requirement planning
•Development of materials (material/ parts/ components) indents based on the requirements generated from the marketing department / production, approval of indents from competent Authority, and providing schedule for delivery of the indented items to purchase department.
•Development and issuance of production loading to production department
•Develop Tender inquiry response based on the production schedules and existing loadings.

2. Project Engineer for Government Sponsored project “Solar water pumping and desalination systems”
Responsible for execution and monitoring of the project activities that includes the approvals for the procurements as per approved master project plans and allocations, installation of machines at site and the progress of the contractor on daily basis, technical Analysis of Engineering change proposals initiated from stakeholders and approval from top management and their implementation.
For New projects:
Project Planning, Project Preparation, Appraisal, Organizing, Approving, Executing, Contracting of the development projects. Market Survey, Data Acquisition and Analysis, Potential Evaluation, Site Identification, Budgeting, Acquisition of Finances, Floating Tenders, Technical/ Financial Evaluation of Bids, Supervision of Project Execution/ Implementation of Schedules, Local Team building and Technical Support to concern.
•Maintenance and operation of two Mitsubishi water absorption chillers plants of capacity 315 TON each, installed in the PC.
• Maintenance and Operation of Boilers of capacity 215HP & 150 HP
•Maintenance and operation of Diesel Engine generators of capacities 570 KVA, 470KVA and 370KVA
•Provided Building engineering services including plumbing, maintenance of heating and cooling systems in PC hotel, elevators maintenance, water supply system maintenance, sewerage and fire fighting systems maintenance
