• Preparation of Level III and Level IV Plan, Manpower Deployment schedules, Equipment Deployment schedules and Tool requirement.
• Responsible for defining the Job Responsibilities of each craft down the line before execution of work.
• Progress monitoring by preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress reports
• Monitor progress of all maintenance jobs during plant Shutdowns/ Turnarounds & take corrective actions, re-schedule and re-allocate resources on regular basis.
• Prepare S-Curves, Progress reports.
• Update progress in Level IV plan and S-Curve. Prepare man-hours analysis Report equipment wise.
• Collection of Equipment Drawings, Data Sheets/Singed Blind List, P&ID and Site Verification.
• Prepare work packages for area supervisors and in-charges
• Prepare method statements for different activities/jobs.
• Coordination with subcontractors regarding scope of work, job allocation or any clarification.
• Do material reservation and raise material purchase requisitions and continuous follow-up with Procurement for timely delivery at site.\[SAP MM Module\]
• Progress monitoring of shutdown and reviewing progress report preparation and Progress reporting in client management meeting.
• Maintain equipments history, failure analysis reporting and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all materials comply with the required specification and certifications.
• Ensure effective Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to the job as per Company policies, procedures, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and compliance with environmental protection standards and legislation.
• Follow up with the Quality Assurance Engineer, an activity making sure that the inspection is carried out on time and that all necessary documents and MTC are made available.
• Participate in post-shutdown audit evaluation and lessons learned activities.
• Preparation of Wind up report of Shutdown.
