I am serving business sector as a freelancer for more than a decade. I have developed various accounting software for different entities especially for pesticides manufacturing units. I have served more than fifty pesticides companies with respect to the development of ERP Accounting System and its implementation and after sales services.
I have dealt with the whole life cycle of software development starting from client survey, system analysis, database design, query writing, forms layout, reporting, coding, compiling, testing, launching, staff training and after sale services by myself.
Being a chartered accountant I never stuck in resolving client’s queries regarding accounting matters how complicated it is.
A combination of accounting and programming skills give me an edge on my competitors and a better understanding of ERP development.
Supervision of Accounts, Managing Sales Targets and Policy implementation, Preparing Final Accounts, and recruitment of new staff was on my part.
Critically review on a regular basis for submission to the management, Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Monthly Accounts Analysis and other financial statements like Fixed Assets and depreciation statements, Bank reconciliation, Sales and Cost of sales statement and debtor and creditor lists are in support of achieving business objectives.
Verify monthly flash report covering all sales related activities on a monthly basis and send to Financial Controller to be submitted to head office to assist management in the financial policy decisions.
Review stock, GIT, sales, COS JV’s and payroll and its related JVs to make sure adherence to contracts/policies, budget and accounting & company policies.
Setting up and supervision of Accounts Payable modules in ERP, Review of supplier payments, Checking Electronic Payments. Monitoring and reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) process. Follow up of collection of SDR and Warranty Claims.
During my job I launched complete accounting software to maintain accounts and inventory. My basic duty was to train my underlying staff how to utilize that software. Preparing final accounts and reporting to top management.
I Joined as a trainee and got experience of preparing basic books of accounts including cash book, sales ledger, purchase ledger, general journal, stock ledger and payroll.
I remained Head of Consultancy Department during last three years out of total 5 years of my tenor. I prepared feasibility reports and projected accounts for the following types of business;
