Currently working as a "LTE NOC Engineer" for du (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, UAE) on 4G LTE MS Project from Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.
I do surveillance & maintain Huawei LTE network (eNodeB, IP Sec, MME & IP clock servers), performs alarm diagnosing, escalation & fault handling. Coordination between teams for all network activities encompassing field activities, change management & provide complete remote assistance. Maintain & assure communication flow of trouble tickets among several competence groups & deliver regular reports on SLA activity, performance & quality on daily basis. Participate in a 24x7 shift schedules as per requirement for all network activities including surveillance & control execution of CM & PM.
I worked as a "NOC Engineer" on Mobilink Pakistan Alcatel-Lucent Project.
My key responsibilities were to monitor network outages, issues & alarms for GSM 900/1800 & WiMax networks. Provide complete remote assistance & support from OMC to field teams & engineers. Maintain & manage database & reports to enhance quality of network & to resolve future network issues efficiently.
I worked as a "RF Engineer" in Broadband Carrier Division-South Department Mobilink Infinity.
Job responsibilities included: Complete field support, troubleshooting and complain resolution of WiMax customer premises equipment (Siemens & Zyxel vendor equipment) both indoor/outdoor and resolving network issues at customer end. To setup user networks, protocols, port forwarding and consultancy to meet customer requirements.
Worked as a "Team Leader" of Technical & Deployment Engineering Department at Shaheen Business Services (Distributor Of Qubee Pakistan)
Expert in deployment & troubleshooting of Outdoor & Indoor WiMax CPE's which includes: Siemens SE680 (Outdoor), SX682, SX686 Wi-Fi & Zyxel MAX215M1W, MAX-216M1R & HGA's. I gained practical experience and strong knowledge over WiMax working, modulation schemes and limitations.
