• Directly responsible for the quality standards and QA/QC requirements.
• Assist is review tenders and drafting recommendation on the selection of contractors.
• Controls the project costs & prepare and issue monthly project progress reports.
• Evaluate and recommend payment certificates from contractors and consultants on the assigned projects.
• The implementation of the approved system procedure of Project Management.
• The preparation and issue all levels of the “Terms of References” for project delivery services.
• Manage in the value engineering, construction and operational performance of external professional parties involved.
• Monitor all issues related to technical staff performance and report to upper management.
• Draft and respond to all technical and administrative correspondences.
• Support the Projects Development Manager and Design Manager in the preparation of feasibility studies and development plans and strategies.
• Support in the preparation and negotiation of terms of appointment for professional advisors. Designers and other specialist services.
• Supervise the site assessment reports, viability and feasibility studies deals review and appraisal.
• Support marketing and promotional management as directed by Senior Management.
• Supervised construction and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Coordinating, monitoring and inspecting the work of subcontractors.
• Coordinating with the relevant Local Authorities to get the NOC’s letter and all the required permissions.
• Following all the relevant drawings, Specification and Bill of Quantities.
• Report to the Project manager daily and raise concern of any required material & equipments.
• Attending weekly meetings with the clients, consultant and subcontractors.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Following up all materials and checking with purchase department in case of any delay.
• Coordinating with the site staff, labors and visitors.
• Follow-up day to day on site.
• Monitoring and supervising daily work activities at site.
• Check finishes work and quantities and ensures that they are accurate for the work.
• Liaises with owner, consultant, main-contractor, foremen and the general workforce involve in the project.
• Oversees the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction.
• Plans the work and efficiently organizes the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Men management and making civil works quotations for submission to main contractor.
•Learned to Analysis and Design of Sub-Structure of Bridge (Include Seismic Design).
•Learned to work according to Standard Codes i.e., AASHTO & ACI.
•Analysis & Design of (2B+G + 11) storey building on ETABS.
