I am responsible for installation, maintenance, and calibration of Pneumatic & Electronic instruments and also troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems & instrumentation of different Gas & Air compressors, Engine/Generators/Governors, Boilers, Heaters, Analyzers, Fire & Gas detection systems. I am equally responsible to modify existing automation systems, control circuits and control loops according to process or system requirements and update the drawings as per actual changes. I can read & draw Process P&ID, Loop wiring diagrams, Ladder & Relay Logic drawings, block and functional diagrams related to instrumentation. I am also responsible to maintain and purchase spare parts as per requirement. I am equally responsible to carry out shutdown jobs, Preventive and corrective maintenance of all Plant Instruments and control systems.
