I am responsible for providing a first class proactive HR support service to Management and concerned managers which includes full life cycle of Employees, Requirement of Staff, Recruitment & Selection, Orientation, Payroll Management, Attendance Management, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Training and Performance Management, HR Policy Formulation, Evaluation and exit of the employees.
Following are a few responsibilities of the job:
Comply with the hiring need of Organization and overseeing full recruitment cycle
Adverts and hire employee’s with different channels
Managing the annual salary review process for the company
Promoting equality and diversity in the recruitment process
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods and after probation.
Maintain strong employee relations to enhance work commitment and image of the organization.
Maintenance of Health and safety requirements of employees
Management of attendance in matters of sick leave, maternity, casual/annual leaves, etc.
Processed payroll information in an accurate and timely manner
Maintenance of Employees Personal Files
Maintenance of the Employees, HR records and Systems
Assistant Manager - HR, I was responsible for the full employee’s life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the Management. I was also involved in the day to day running duties of the HR Office.
Major responsibilities on the job were:
Writing up professional job adverts
Adverts and hire employee’s with different channels
Screening phone calls, emails, letters and personal visits
Writing up contracts, including terms and conditions
Register faculty members with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council for their inspection
Make Correspondence with University of Health Science Lahore and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods
Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees
Maintenance of the Employees, HR records and Systems
Issue employment certificates, feedback letters, authority letters, etc
Management of attendance in matters of sick leave, maternity, casual/annual leaves, etc.
Processed payroll information in an accurate and timely manner
Providing professional advisory support to company employees
Interpreting and clarifying the College’s HR policies & practices
I was responsible for providing a first class proactive administrative HR support service to Management. I was also involved in providing assistance in the recruitment and hiring process as well as correspondence with customers.
