Responsible for Consumer Health Care -brand (Nexcare/Futuro) and Home Care Division-brand (Scotch Brite) in Kuwait. To direct and co-ordinate overall effort of the company in order to achieve company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifying profitable new alternative distribution points.
• Leading sales team of 25 persons.
• Overall company sales plans - short/medium term, e.g. territory plans, targets (individual)
• Develop and Implementation of marketing plans/strategy.
• Identification and development of major key account customers, e.g. Distributors, hospitals, Pharmacies, Sports channel. etc.
• New product Planning/ Launches.
• Provide leadership and vision to the distributor by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
• Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals. Direct and oversee site production activities and personnel.
• Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements. Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc.) with director, designer and project manager.
• To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
• Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
• Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
• Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the Company goals.
• Directly engage to Key Clients to build business relationship.
