o Lead the teams of Engineers, supervisors for the execution of the projects.
o Ensure that the works are being carried out in accordance with contract requirements and as per Method Statement.
o Responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems (Firefighting & Novec1230 systems as per NFPA standards, HVAC systems as per latest technologies and plumbing systems.
o Management onsite to ensure that the team carries out the works in time with the delivery schedule.
o Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project.
o Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
o Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
o Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
o Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
o Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
