• Perform Test of Aggregate, concrete, Soil, Asphalt, Steel, Cement, Admixture, MS pipe, Ply Wood, Diesel, water and visit of their Sources, independent test from other laboratories.
• Soil: Determination of particle size distribution by wet sieving and dry sieving, , shrinkage limit. Determination of maximum dry density and optimum moisture content by modified proctor test, standard proctor, CBR test by BS and ASTM standard test method under soaked condition, field density test, both core cutter and sand replacement method Liquid limit and plastic limit
• Aggregate : Gradation of coarse and fine aggregate, clay lumps, silt content, sand equivalent value, flakiness and elongation index, determination of water absorption, specific gravity, aggregate impact value, soundness, Loss angels abrasion test, ten percent fine value of aggregates and aggregate crushing value
• Concrete : Slum test, flow test, water cement ratio, bleeding test, air content, cube and cylinder making, curing, compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength test. For the durability of the concrete conducted water permeability, resistance to chloride ions penetrability, water absorption and initial surface absorption test
• Cement: consistency of cement, initial and final setting time, soundness test, fines of cement, cement cube compressive strength casting and testing
• Bitumen, asphalt: flash and fire point, ductility test, bitumen extraction test, marshal stability test,
• Maintain documentary record deal with Sub Contractor, Consultant and Client.
• Routine products and incoming material testing; maintain all record of Production, Maintenance and Stock. Maintained raw material quality, material in coming and out going, dealing with different supplier and weighbridge control.
• Checking quality of Hollow Blocks and visit of various Manufacturing Factories
• Fire rating of hollow blocks from others laboratories

• Calibration of Batching plant and Lab Equipment.
• Collect different sample of Mattel Lath, Corner bead, Angle guard, Tiles, Marble, Glasses and others construction material arranging for approval.
• Collect different sample of water proofing, curing compound checking and approval.
