Currently, I am sharing my capabilities that I earned at national and International level at University of Dammam. I am managing the Unified communications Infrastructure of more than 6000 users with my technical and strategical abilities and also engage in evaluating and designing new developments as per business needs.
• Responsible for managing entire Cisco UC Infrastructure for more than 6000 users and ensuring the operations are intact, that includes;
Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.1; Cisco Unity Connection 9.1;
Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express 9.0; Cisco Unified Presence 9.1;
Cisco WebEX with Meeting Place 8.5; Voice Gateway 3945E with ITSP SIP trunk
• Designed and improvised CC IVR using CCX 8.5 to produce optimum results in corresponds with Service Desk objectives.
• Programmed Call Handlers in Unity 8.6.x to enhance the Business experience for various work flows.
• Managed and carry out the Plan with partner for the major upgrade of UC from 8.6 to 9.1 version that includes; CUCM 9.1, UCCX 9.0, CUC 9.1, CUAC 9.1, CUPS 9.1
• Performed the successful dial plan change for UC to aligned with the STC National dial plan
• Managed and liaised the successful integration of Proteus Billing system with CUCM.
• Liaised and assisted in troubleshooting with Cisco TAC in closing the various support cases successfully to positive output.
• Managing and Coordinating with Vendors to liaison for hardware support, available upgrades and licensing.
• Ensuring Top Management gets effective quality reports for the UC Services.
