Based in Management office, a key position in Accounts and Finance division with a core job of receivable management, preparation of sales analysis reports and ensure timely bank reconciliation being reported to Accounts Manager.

Based in Audit and Assurance department, the training involved planning, execution and completion of various audit engagements. As part of audit team, I was assigned to obtain the understanding of client’s nature of business and related audit risks, reviewing client’s accounting and internal control system and assisting audit manager in preparation of engagement letters, audit reports and other reporting packs.

• Successfully assisted clients in preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with International Financial Reporting Framework (IFRS) and local prevailing laws.
• Effectively responded Audit risks by applying relevant audit procedures through International Standards on Audit (ISA).
• The first independent audit report was passed by Quality Control Review (QCR) conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
• Consulted client in respect to accounting treatment of complex transaction, taxation and compliance with secretarial practices.

For this period, the internship involved Agreed upon Procedure engagement. Ensuring physical counted fixed assets accurately recorded in asset register and report to audit manager for any discrepancies
