• Distribution Evaluation & Hiring Process
• Ensuring ROI on distribution
• Managing Team of SO's & SR's
• Annual forecast objectives, including city wise, zone wise, SKU wise and category
• Ensuring 100% target achievement
Responsibilities:
• Looked after Unilever Foods which includes brands of Lipton, Supreme,
Bestfoods, Rafhan, and Knorr.
• Responsible for sales in Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Mardan, Noushera, Swabi and Topi.
• Using chefmanship & culinary skills to develop UFS sales in HoReCa with a
particular focus on channels
• Establishing a strong network of distributors committed to UNILEVER Pakistan
Business
• Implementing plans for top contributing Key accounts
• Managing Key Accounts customer with strong relationship and follow up
• Training & developing of a strong sales force
• Provide regular feedback to management team on new customer, business
situation, distribution trends, market trends (Including Kitchen techniques and
constraints imposed by GOVT policies) and competitor’s strategies.
