The responsibilities associated with this role include managing a team of employed engineers in Technical Department. Also responsible for preparing the Contractor’s Claims related to the Project Slowdown and Suspension in additional to fixing the additional works prices. Moreover, responsible for creating a new project control system and cost control to manage completion the project within the specified duration and budget. The scope for development in this role is huge as it is a five-year-old contract and it will be my responsibility secure Contractor rights for the experienced slowdown and suspension due to Delayed Payment. Also to manage to complete the works as per agreed revised completion date. Also, was responsible for preparing design proposals and design variation for crossing roads, underpasses and storm pipe network.

Responsibilities: Project Manager
Project Description
• Construction of dual carriageway with 2 x 3.65 m travel lanes in each direction plus 3.0 m shoulders plus 0.50m verge and a central median of 4.5m wide with New Jersey barrier. The total roadway width is 26.10m with the minimum right of way of 80m. Climbing lanes are added where applicable and the road length is 8.5km.
• Construction of 7 Overpasses and 3 No.'s Underpasses
• Relocation, realignment and diversion of existing utilities.
• Construction of Viaduct #2, pre-cast girder structure with post-tensioning and 340m long with a 50m section constructed with structural steel beams
