Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Planning of Product Realization; mean: quality objectives for the product; the need to establish processes & documentation.
2- Monitoring & measurement of processes; Applies suitable method for measurement, to confirm the continuing ability of each process to satisfy the intended purpose.3- Recommending in compliance or noncompliance of the tested product reporting and coordinating with QC Manager.
4- Final Inspection & Test; To assure that the finished product conform to specified requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Preparing and controlling chemical reagents, standard solutions apparatus and instruments needed for laboratory analysis.
2- Ensuring proper sampling according to procedure necessary for each product at its specified stage.
3- Running laboratory tests and analysis for the followings according to the approved inspection plan.
4- Recommending in compliance or noncompliance of the tested product reporting and coordinating with QC supervisors.
5- Maintaining records for all results of analysis.
6- Examples of Analysis: Water Analysis, Analysis Oil samples from All Stages of Refinery every 2 hours, Shelf life Analysis Products & Analysis of Waste Oil (Fatty Acid & Soap Stock.)
