Credit card replacement upon customer request.Reversal of financial charges, over limit charges, balance transfer of bonus points closed card to new card.Update customer information.Branches returned cards destruction as Cards was not collect by customer.Receiving returned Cards from SABB Mail room.Re-dispatching of returned cards according to Delivery Type(Via Branches, DHL, Registered Mail).Destruction of returned Cards after one month period of time as per SABB policy.Block cards after destruction of cards.Maintaining inventory record for returned cards.Updating Bank Software regular basis for track record.Adhering Bank policy and procedures complains with Audit precautionary measure for safety of Customer Data.
