Glaxo-SmithKline issues Amex Corporate cards to its employees to pay for expenses incurred for official purpose. Claims are submitted by the employees to account for all expenses in processes called T&E.

Role:
 Accounting for Traveling and other Business Expenses incurred by the employees of GlaxoSmithKline.
 Core Auditing of the Expense Reports.
 Knowledge of UK T&E policies and procedures
 Releasing payments -Payee Control
 Resolution of queries relating to claims
 Month end Activity in JDE
 Preparing the Daily MIS
 Perform reconciliations of BTI accounts relating to T&E



Administration activities for corporate cards include
 Chase Process
 Accrual process



Other Activities:
 Driving the Evening Batch and achieving the target set for Claim processing
 Cross Trained in Accounts Payables Process
 Helped the New Joinees to come in the learning curve
 Handling the team outings and birth day parties
 Resolved 350+ Queries in the month of November by chasing the employees through Emails and processing the claims as and when they are replied

 I was the Star performer for 3 weeks out of 5 weeks.
 Received one Bronze Awards from Vice president for my best performance.
 Received Team Award from Vice president for my best performance.
