• Maximized sales by 22% through diversification of product lines and introduction of non-food products (cosmetics) in Qatar.
• Sustained year-on-year business growth and differentiation through customer engagement, provision of credit facilities and using convenient ordering platforms.
• Managed multiple SKUs (Nestea, Nesquik, Nescafe and other Nestle Professional products) and exceeded sales targets by generating annual revenues of up to QAR 1 million.
• Increased market share of Nestle products in Qatar by proposing and executing the idea of installing coffee machines and selling products at stadiums, cinemas and schools.
• Supervised a team of 1 technician and 2 salesmen to ensure high service quality, timely delivery and revenue acceleration in accordance with the international standards of Nestle.
• Engaged with local businesses, alumni, local community and government stakeholders through activities and events which generated extra funds (5% of original fund value)for building of new campus.
• Successfully created and launched a social media campaign, ‘Dash around the world competition’, which saw participation of nearly 500 current students, alumni and parents. This campaign also increased the visibility of Doha College on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
