Adhere to company’s stock loss action plan as to ensure that the store stock loss/shrinkage is less than 0.40% of sales by being proactive in areas of shrinkage prevention, damages, stock accuracy reporting, together with continuous controlling of negative stocks check.
Preparing of management reports.
Coordinating in store to store stock transfer.
Execute all kinds of system adjustment in SAP. (i.e. transfer of stock, expiry removals, faulty etc.)
Random check of high value transaction/refund & exchange, till check etc.
Following the proper procedure while doing Floats, banking or any kinds of financial transaction.
Reconciliation of Safe funds & Petty cash in daily basis.
Ensuring 100% cash office documentation and filing to contribute towards a positive rating in R.O/Cross Audits
Handling Cash office / Petty cash / IOU’s and completing all the reports & summary within deadlines.
Prepare cash office report such as Cash/Debit/Credit/Forex parking and update to central operation for parking of these collections in SAP.
Auditing/Till Discrepancy/Till rectification whenever required.
Email correspondence in daily basis.
Arrange travel documents for any kind of business travel.
Communicate with vendors & suppliers for store purchases & maintenance issue and proceed the payment for their invoices.
Communicate with store branches outside & inside country for various business needs.
Work as a key point for online sales related issues.
Acting as a store HR for any kinds of employee related task such as monitoring employee absence, tracking leave, sickness & other HR related task.
Updating staff Attendance/Leave/Overtime and other incentive & bonuses to payroll every month before cut off.
Handling all admin related task during annual stock count.
Handling other many more administration & cash office related multiple tasks.
Ensuring the store team deliver the highest possible levels of customer service in store and prioritized it at all times to maximize sales.
Maintain the store consistently reflects highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping & recovery.
Coach, develop and mentor the store team to achieve common objectives of Store.
Managing of People, Service, Stock, Merchandising and Market to drive a business goal. (Manpower plan, stock management, Assets management, Administration management, store-to-store transfer, Write off etc).
Analyze monthly store performance, reporting current business trend to cover every aspect of the business as well as competitor performance to ensure an increase in market share.
Managing inventory such as movement of goods, stock to store transfer, receiving, stocking and managing inventory discrepancies.

Custodian of Store Finance (Float, Petty cash, Vouchers, Gift cards).
Control & secure handling of cash and daily banking, & assist with refunds / exchanges.
Monitor cashier performance, & report back to Store Managers. Improve cash procedures through training & coaching in cashier’s / sales point duties. Brief all concerned on policy/changes for cash handling, banking & refunds/exchanges.
Check & Prepare daily & weekly reports such as DSSR, Discrepancies, Rejects reconciliation, write off, till shortages & Petty cash etc.
Tracking of attendance, Manpower planning overtime & leave plan for store employee.
Check & Prepare staffing update (i.e. existing, new comer, transfer in/out, vacation, resigned & vacancy) on weekly basis.
Communicate with Operation, HRD, GRD, Maintenance and all other Administrative department as per store & employee requirement.
Receiving & sending emails & cascade to the management & team members.
Prepare all kind of management & administration reports & presentation.
Maintain highest possible standards of administration & Finance and undertake administrative responsibilities for store records / documentation all in line with Company Policies & Procedures
Act as a sales supervisor whenever needed by business.
Communicate with indoor and outdoor customers.
Visit to Banks, Schools, colleges and other corporate houses to get business.
Coordinate and communicate with Suppliers.
Planning for Sales and Marketing strategies.
Design and implement Sales policies, Organize Sales operations & establish standards and procedures.
Supervise Sales staff, evaluate their performance and work scheduling.
Design and maintain filing systems & Ensure protection and security of files and records.
Keep update with Showroom Stock, Orders and delivery of goods.
