• Standardize project management processes, tools, documentation, and templates
• Maintain the repository for status reports, work plans, proposals, change requests, etc.
• Identify and resolve common problems and potential risk issues across projects
• Provide oversight to ensure projects are in compliance with established standards

Managing and directing all activities throughout the project life cycle including:
Develop a clear strategy and vision for project implementation outline with all project constraints and assumptions
Create, update, and maintain all project plans
Maintain accurate records about the project progress, deliverables, issues, and risks
Maintain complete change logs that affect scope, deliverables, and plans
Manage and direct project resources to eliminate resource wastage
Guide and coach project team
Internal escalation to maintain the quality criteria of project & deliverables quality
Protect client’s best interests in the project
Ensure smooth and risk free operations of implemented solutions
Client Management throughout the project life cycle INCLUDING:
Manage communication with client
Manage client’s expectations
Manage change and scope creeps
Schedule coordination and alignment with client to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
External escalation with client to eliminate threats and risks affecting the project
Management of all administrative tasks with client including closure procedures and financial matters
-Working on MS-CRM project (As implementation, Business study, integration and Administration)
-Information gathering in both technical and business side to able to respond to customer needs.
-Working as System Implementation Specialist on Document Management Solution (PSEDMS).
-Provide minimal training at the customer’s side.
-Producing and testing different customer cases.
-Specify the suitable hardware to implement the system according to the environment.
-Handle Document analysis, and prepare documentations.
-Implementing the result of document analysis on the system.
-Deploy, troubleshoot and support the environment related to the system (PSEDMS, Windows OS, Database, network, and domain).
Developing and maintaining systems and sub-systems for Excellence and its clients.
Developing and adopting new software programs in different programming languages.
Supporting processes, HR, Knowledge Management teams.
Working on many projects like CRM, M&E and CMS as systems and programs.
