- Coordinating and following up with all official and non-official correspondence.
- Assisting the Missions Coordinator and organizing programs, courses or any other needed activities.
- Answering all needed question related to trainings, schedules, registrations, etc...
- Keeping sheet logs for student volunteers and assisting volunteers in office work.
- coordinating communications with ministries and obtaining approvals as needed.
- Coordinating the Speech Therapy Clinic between OSJ, therapists and patients.
- Providing guidance and tutorials for parents about clefts and related speech difficulties.
- Coordinating all school inquiries with the Student Volunteers Coordinator.
- General Financial Coordination with OSJ Board Members.
- Reporting the weekly/monthly updates to the direct manager and Board Members.
- Managing training programs for youth, including administration and logistical coordination.
- Guiding the trainees in their eff¬orts and provide regular training sessions.
- Carrying out different complementary activities and service projects based on the community needs.

- Presenting and offering the training program for schools, youth associations and camps in Jordan.
