Responsible for supervision of testing and commissioning activity with relevant procedure and to co-ordinate contractor and sub contractor for specific work scope.
Responsible for trail run of all multi stage pumps and, motor with load and no-load which are involve in process flow with proper protocol in co-ordination of mechanical and electrical persons.
Taking permit for hot and cold work, confined space entry permit for specific work
.Maintain plant operating parameter as per sop and instruction.
monitor process parameter and log reading at regular intervals
Communicate with field operators and co-ordinate plant operations like start-up and shut-down.
Measure and monitor flammable gases and work environment according to shift incharge and at regular intervals.
Make regular routine check of all equipment and unit to ensure that they are functioning properly.
Take regular rounds of unit to ensure safe operation of the unit recording and reporting of field parameter to shift in-charge.

Assist in shut down and start up operations by adjusting and operating the parameter like flow, temperature, pressure etc.
Attending the departmental health and safety, housekeeping meetings and actively participating and implementing company policies on safety, health, loss prevention and quality management.
