• Work closely with stake holders to identify, gather and organize business requirements.
• Responsible for supporting sales team in the sales process with solution definition, design and proposing solutions that meet the required capabilities of the client’s specific requirements.
• Act as a knowledge expert on product/services to support sales team and customer needs.
• Assist sales team with customer presentations specifically focused on clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
• Create project and operational support documentation, which may include business requirement documents, project scope, functional data workflow charts, technical architecture, solution design specifications and implementation plans.
• Spearhead team efforts and manage them in designing new projects including hardware, software, licenses, and workflow for target sites to ensure smooth implementation.
• Liaise with multiple teams in defining functional standards, policies and procedures.
• Evaluate systems interface and performance issues. Supervise team members on deploying, updating and maintaining complex application systems and hardware.
• Coordinate and collaborate in activities related to design, enhancements and integration of solutions that may draw on or contribute to the healthcare IT environment.
• Review, analyze and evaluate new technologies and business prospects. Provide technical consultation into the development of the healthcare information systems infrastructure as a critical part of the business.
• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the medical IT healthcare information systems and recommending changes to business processes in accordance with our client’s policies and procedures.
• Supervise periodic system maintenance procedures such as backup and disaster recovery plan.
• Accountable of HCIT technical & functional specialist team, supporting for the IT operations and infrastructure of the projects and providing an effective service delivery that underpins the day-to-day support and future growth plans of the business.
• Analyze business impact and exposure based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Prioritize and assist in implementing security policy to ensure that strategically important data, such as commercial information or personal data, receives the highest levels of protection.
• Provide consultation/assessment of security risks for all new applications and hardware perform technical security assessments.
• Rendered support to desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners and other peripheral devices including MS Office 2003/2007/2010/2013 applications.
• Design and test new computer hardware and equipment to meet customer specifications and participate in all aspects of development.
• Analyze design plans and project requirement data to create comprehensive testing procedures to verify that components and features operate correctly and meet operational benchmarks.
• Managed hardware installation, relocation and reassignment, troubleshot software/ application issues based on requirements.

• Test existing hardware components, including processors, motherboards and network equipment, to define operational parameters and recommend necessary upgrades and replacements to meet current and future performance standards.
• Replace and/or dispose faulty computer peripherals & equipment; rendered back up to client based on requirements.
• Oversee manufacturing and production of new hardware, including development of operational prototypes, to verify compliance with design plans and testing procedures.
• Maintain professional knowledge base of computer engineering trends and technological advances by pursuing professional certifications.
• Ensure new hardware systems and equipment work correctly with computer software programs according to performance requirements and modify hardware as necessary to address errors and other concerns.
• Involved in evaluating/ routing calls, maintaining RBS 882 and RBS 884
