Main Features: National Drilling & Investment is a governmental company specialized in implementing infrastructure projects, roads, bridges, Water harvesting projects (such as small Dams) for collecting rain water during the rainy seasons, wells drilling, and irrigation canals and irrigation structures.
Roles and duties:
- Reviewed and prepared Tender documents, contract documents, specifications and designs for targeted project, shop drawings and material Submittals.
- Prepared and reviewed interim payments, budgets, cash flows, plans and annual reports for projects, comparing them with the general plan, forecasting obstacles.
- Managed and control ongoing Contracts and reviewed conflicts and variation orders in the Projects and analyzed and evaluated risk issues and reports.
- Implemented regular Audit for QA/QC in accordance to ISO 9001/2015

- Monitored and followed all activities of the ongoing projects and prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Reviewed plans and programs of ongoing projects and identify deviations and problems and propose solution.
- Followed up the measurement of performance indicators (KPIs) contained in the plans and report to identify obstacles and take the action &decision and.

Dams implementation unit (DIU) is located in Khartoum, Sudan and it was established to complement the role of the Merowe Dam and other potential Hydropower Projects. DIU part of the Engineering Industry that has been implemented integrated Projects for storing and operating water resources for irrigation and drinking, and to secure and provide the requirements and plans for water needs.
Roles and duties:
- Managed and directed technical works, as Design, Codes and Standards, Method Statements, Drawings, Specification, Quality plans, Bill of quantities Budgets and Cost estimation…etc.
- Managed deliverables and activities of projects by using Computer Applications and software as Microsoft Offices, Auto CAD, Revit, and Primavera …etc.
- Implemented and directed of project management, policies, procedures, and templates for projects & departments.

Main Features: Rain Water harvesting projects is a Portfolio strategic projects to collecting and controlling rain and floods water in seasonal Rural rivers in regional by implementing as small dams and water ponds) for Drinking, livestock and agricultures and improving animal and agricultural production.

Roles and duties:
- Supervised geotechnical investigation, economical studies, social studies and surveys data and collection of all information related to design of water harvesting projects.
- Supervised administrative, technical and functional of all activities of construction of water harvesting projects and prepare progress reports.
- Participated in Reviewing of tender and Contracts documents.
- Reviewed & approved of the Consultant and Contractor’s interim payments

Full responsibility and management of all Activities of Abuzaima Bridge was that construct to cross seasonal river in North Kurdfan State, it has 1200 m long and 60 m was designed and constructed of Substructures of Reinforced concrete foundation and Piers. Its Superstructures consist of Steel structures Girder and Reinforced Concrete Deck Slab. Bridge has two approaches of compacted soil layers protected by masonry and Gabion rock

Roseires Dam is located in the Damazin rapids in the Blue Nile, about 520km south-east of Khartoum. The Dam was originally constructed in 1966 to a top water level of 480m with allowance for it to be raised to 490m at a future date with main objective was to increase reservoir to 7.4 Billion m3 for Down Stream future irrigation Projects.
The Dam is a composite dam with a central 1000 m long concrete buttress dam section that contains the deep level sluices, gated spillways, power intakes for a surface power station and headwork for irrigation canals on either side of the river. Total price was 400+ million USD
Roles and duties:
- Supervised of refurbishment activities in Deep Sluice Chamber
- Quality assurance of reinforced Concrete structures activities
- Followed the progress of the concrete work and prepare reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) and reviewed construction & execution drawings and method statement issued by Contractor
- Reviewed and followed the contractual obligations of works Method Statement, Work Program, Construction drawings, Inspecting materials and resources regarding Concrete works.
- Followed Contractual obligations and requirements of (HSE) in all sites as such as access roads, site locations, offices, camps, and workshop

Main Features: Overhead Transmission lines (500-220 KV) and substations project (OHTL) was one of the four contracts of Merowe dam project, that was extended to more than 1750 km of (220 - 500kv) transmission lines and seven substations located in 7 cities.

Roles and duties:
- Engaged in Design of OHTL phase as Soil investigation, foundation proposals, loads calculations of towers, insulators, conductors….etc.
- Supervised survey works and super-regional grid system and setting out of all the work for positions, levels, dimensions and alignment .
- Carried out foundation tests as such as Uplift test and other qualities tests.
- Supervised excavation and earth works of the works for towers and Substation.
- Supervised foundation works (Rock, Pad, and Pile) of 500kv OHTL, transformers, buildings and other Substation switchgears.
- Supervised erection of 500kv OHTL towers and steel structures of Substation switchgears.
- Supervised all other civil works of substation (roads and earth works, UG cable ducts, buildings, sewerage networks, fences, …etc.).
- Supervised QA/QC of Civil works with laboratory and field required tests.

ALSTOM accommodation and office project :

Supervision and management of all site activities of ALSTOM camp project which an economic house was done for Site offices and accommodation staff which a contractor of Hydroelectric works of Merowe dam Project. Camps include offices, houses, pathway, water supply and sewage, swimming pool, fences and gates.

Hieglieg main offices project:

Site manager of Hieglieg building main offices project, its 8th floor building with total area 3400 m 2, include basement (piles and raft of foundation), concrete skeleton, earth works, yards and parkings.

Site Engineer (QC Engineer ) of Afra shopping canter Project that was built on a total area of 45, 000 sq. with 98 Stores, shops and services, Its included concrete works, foundation, slabs, yard area, gardens and basement parking.

- Maintenance and Construction of Multi-Buildings.
- Implement inertial roads, landscaping and maintain Sewerage system.
- Implement Raft foundations of Gas Turbines Power Station.
