 Supervising the testing procedure, record keeping, and final reporting
 Coordinating with Clients for Requests, Final Reports submission and Cash Receiving
 Over all care of Equipment and its calibration to be conducted in time
 Periodic training of technicians and result submission to Al-Mumayaz Head Office
 Training of technicians for Aramco testing and coordinating with Head Office for such purposes
 Preparation of Inspections by Aramco, ISO, SASO etc
 Making Invoices, coordinating with Head office for the quotations and requirements of Clients
 Surveillance check of work, equipment and surrounding of Lab to avoid any mishandling by the technicians
 Keeping up to date record of ASTM, AASHTO and ACI and BS as per requirements

Main Responsibilities:

 I was the in charge for all work requirements and materials requisition
 I was Supervising Concrete Batching Plant for all the requirements
 I had taken samples from sites to Lab and testing according to the specifications
 I did coordination with Consultants of MOT/ Municipality Taif for requests and results submission
 I did manage the executed works to ensure appropriate work quality with minimum cost
 I had supervised and taken sample for construction of Retaining Walls, Box Culverts, and Side Slopes etc
 I had keep on checking embankment, sub-base and base course materials
 I did testing of Asphalt material according to specifications
 I did checking, filling of Ruduf Park ground level, foot path construction by using color cemented material
 I checked construction of underground water tanks and pipe lines
 I did testing of construction of Cemented & Asphaltic roads and pathways
 I had supervised and did testing construction of Boundary Walls according to the design and specifications
 I did properly testing of construction of Under Ground Canal inside the Park area

Project Jinnah Hydro Power Project

Main Responsibilities:

 Monitored the project developments and ensured the QC/ QA with the projections
 Provide the material resources development assistance to the manager
 Filed the daily test reports and monthly summaries in a separate folder
 Provided assistance to the seniors by supporting them in their routine duties
 Ensured all the material according to the approved design.
 Ensured the working area safe and sound.
 Tested for back filling, bottom, sub-base and base course materials
 All quality tests performed regarded Asphalt Mix, Concrete Mix. Soil and Aggregates

Projects: Hub Co Power Project

Main Responsibilities:

 Strict quality compliance by ensuring proper material testing accordingly
 Carried out supervision of work in a properly process approvals.
 All quality tests performed which related with asphalt mix, aggregate, soil and concrete
 Check material submission and properly process approvals.
 Visit Factories to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced
 Ensured materials delivered were as approved and properly stored.

 Timely reporting any hindrance during work to the Lab In-charge
 Taking sample from site to Lab and tested in Lab
 Preparation of results and presented to Lab In-charge
 Checked Temperature of Concrete Mix, Slump and Compressive Strength there after in the Lab accordingly after 03, 07 and 28 days
 Filed the daily test reports and monthly summaries in a separate folder
 Provided assistance to the seniors by supporting them in their routine duties
 Check material on periodic interval to maintain the quality
 Assisted the quality testing procedure to ensure quality of work and material
