Conduct training for capacity building of staff and instructors of STEVTA .i.e career counseling, Know about business, secondary research and life skill education.
Induct new market oriented trades for increasing employment of trainees.
Facilitate trainee in internship.
Conduct events for trainees like joint activities, exhibitions and certificate distribution ceremony.

To supervise and monitor all project related activities like social mobilization, target client trg vs achievement etc. controlling 4 supervisors and 30 workers.
