Evaluates trainees' projects and classroom participation and corrects trainees' homework. Grades / scores quizzes.
Reviews trainees' test results for mastering of objectives. Analyzes trainees' feedback received at the end of each unit with the training supervisor and takes corrective action.
Provides training supervisor with feedback on quizzes and tests.
Develop quizzes, module tests and practice tests.
Organizing training materials, facilitating communications and preparing for training programs).
Supervises and directs Mechanical staff.
Design and review training programs & schedules.
Provides professional guidance and work direction of unit staff each to his technical professionals.
Monitor and evaluates applicable programs for certain subject levels.
Order needed material /equipment for training programs.
Coordinates with various levels of customer’s management and training supervisors to gather, analyze and evaluate information to prepare proposals for the potential client.
Share in marketing by prepare materials for exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
Visit potential clients in their premises / invite them to visit PTC to explain the PTC capabilities and persuade them to send their staff for training in PTC.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety according to Sudapet- PTC legislation
Plan the routine maintenance and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Cary out preventive and emergency maintenance.
Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
Diagnosing faults & repairing
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Managing budgets
