Saudi Electricity supply Company 33KV Underground Cable Replacement Project, Saudi Electricity supply Company Riyadh Metro 33KV Project, SEC Unified Contract Project, Sec Emergency Department Project, MOI (MIFONE) Civil / Fiber Duct and Fiber Optic Cable Installation Project.
Supervising and responsible for site basic safety arrangements, installations, Trench Excavation with Cable pulling in SEC underground Cable Projects Low Voltage Distribution to Medium Voltage Transmission Feeder Projects up to 33KV as per SEC/Municipality Requirements and standard. also good knowledge and Experience in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) installation/ Pulling with Manual Manpower and Fiber feeder Blowing Machine,
Handling KEIR International Site Manpower team and Shift as Per Company required Plans/Works Schedule, make and control daily time sheets attendance and report to Project Manager, discuss the site issues with the Management in Weekly Meetings and share my opinions and Experience with Management.
Handling Site Excavation team and Equipments Movements from Store yard to site and site to store yard, supervising after basic site Safety installation Trench required Road asphalt cutting after completion of Trench Excavation section Putting sand in trench and make ready site section for cable Pulling.
Supervising and monitoring of Required Cable Drums, Cable Drum Holder, Pulling Machine, Cable Roller/side roller/ X Roller Transportation from Store to Site and arrange all related cable pulling arrangement before cable pulling and supervise the cable pulling team and works under management of KEIR COM with SEC Consultant, after completion of cable pulling works also pulling the PVC Fiber Pipe With the Cable, after that return all materials and Company Assets to Company store.
Major Responsibilities:
1. To supervise and manage the site team & subcontractors and equipments, Work schedule meet the master plan and division objective by daily maximum length achievements, and confirm the efficient site progress considering the team and equipments safety.
2. Manage the team and work schedules to efficiently maintain the master plan and Company objectives
or execution activity.
3. Coordination, supervision and monitoring activities, scheduling and team selection, site survey, location
site layout, well site construction, location preparation for completion, Electrical service, well site facility installation, oversee construction activates such as facility and pipeline, electrical, communication repair.
4. Maintain proper record keeping of constructions projects, inspection of work to ensure it fits specification, enforcing adherence to all safety and environmental/ governmental regulations.
5. Support as required the field operation for daily production, excavation, electrical and completion,
Other Responsibilities:
1. Compliance to related QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.
2. Counting, receiving and deliver site materials WH to site, site to WH.
3. Insure company equipments in safe condition and ready to use at any time.
4. To complete the project as per plans and deadline.
5. To identify any clarifications, site problems, support required with the site engineer and proposing the solutions.
6. Confirming and the safety quality work implementation.
7. Assist the site team for best execution practices.
8. Providing all the support required to success project completion.
• Working Under JAL International Company LTD in ECD ( Energy Contracting Division) and Supervising Electrical/Excavation Works in JAL International (Saudi Electricity Supply Company) SEC Unified Project in Riyadh Branch,
• Handling M/V & LV schemes Trenches/Excavation/joint pits works As per SEC standard With JAL Requirement and Successfully Supervised 100 Plus Schemes MV/ LV Excavation and Electricals Jobs Under JAL International Management In Unified Contract Project,
• Working and supervising daily site activity works As per Company plan such like:
Arrangements of Machines and Equipments Transportation from warehouse to scheme site then return to warehouse, site location description to Drivers and Operators.
Site Safety Arrangements before start work, Trench Asphalt Cutting for Excavation as per Scheme with SEC plan sketch, trench Excavation and after Removing Garbage,
Cable lying and after cable lay Backfilling materials arrangements with backfilling and trench concrete making and pouring works supervision.
Scheme required Electrical Materials collecting/issuing from warehouse to site, handling Electrical Team and explain scheme plan to Technicians and supervising electrical team work like Meter box assembly installation, Minipillar installation & cable Termination, Cable jointing Supervision MV/LV & Straight and Branch T Type joint, cable Termination supervision in substation and installation of new Transformers & RMU with LDP Panels, Meter Box installation & cable termination, installation of fuse carrier and bus-bars in substation LDP side & cable termination, Cable Insulation Testing With MAGGER Meter During SEC Shutdown time,
Supervised the Subcontractor Trench, Excavation, Cable laying & PVC Pipe Laying for Optical Fiber Cable and backfilling Works according to the JAL International Company LTD as per Saudi Electricity Supply Company Stander and requirements,

Working Experienced with ADB Airfield Solutions in (TABUK International AIR PORT) under BASMAN Establishment worked on CCR (Current Constant Regulator) Panels Replacement and Airport Runway light Transformers Replacements.
Working experienced Installations of Manual Transfer Switch (380VAC, 4000AMP, 65KA), with Schneider made 4000AMP feeder line bus-bars from Transfer switch to synchronizing panel in AR’AR AIRPORT under BASMAN Establishment in (GACA, General Authority of Civil Aviation) Project
