Administer various operations relating to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring compliance with International, Local and Ericsson set policies.
Interpretation and application of local and international regulations. Develop advanced workplace safety management techniques. Develop and implement an emergency management program. Prevent civil and criminal liability for accidents and injuries. Analysis and documentation of workplace hazards. Manage audit and inspection. Investigate, analyze, and document workplace accidents and root cause analysis. Create and manage a successful safety culture using the latest behaviour modification techniques. Steer end-to-end operations involved in internal auditing and inspections of sites. Head overall activities of HSE training for team members. Instruct clients, visitor, and new remember on safety guidelines. Conduct risk assessment for site and new operation to identify, investigate, and eliminate risk factors. Analyse, review, and update JSA and JRA.
