Overall responsibility for the Full Profit and Loss of the Category.
• Setting sales and marketing plans for HA
• Sales target setting, orders negotiation and agreement with Agents, monthly & quarterly targets allocation.
• Market Survey & reporting market situation on weekly/monthly bases: competitors pricing, adv, and promotion activities reflect on LG strategy & plans.
• Products price simulation & decision, making contracts for agents: PI, PO as partial role (Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria).
• Training, MOT (moment of truth) execution: cooperating with training team.
• Sellout of HA: Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, promotions, sponsorships …etc.
• PSI management - weekly & monthly base.
• Dealer’s seminar or marketing conference management.
Implementing the Company Policy and improve its market positioning
- Completely set the business plan for 2003 based on former year’s results.
- Item forecasts according to the market situation
- Set an annual & monthly target for the customers
- Control other departments for the after sales service & support team
- Follow up the sales team & key dealers
- Arrange advertising & promotions based on market review & needs.
- Start up a huge marketing campaign, Follow up wave activity results & study opportunities generated accordingly.
- Follow up the daily sales & collections.
- Mainly involved in preparing the “Statistical Analysis Report” figuring:
1) Best Sales Man according to his sales & collection.
2) Best Dealer according to his the market movement.
3) Best Item according to dealer’s requisition.
4) Sales & Customer figures & plans.
- Increase sales in 2005 for 75% according to 2004.
- Get more than 10 Appreciation letters from clients for the supports provided.
- Build up strong customer relations
Start up a huge marketing campaign, Follow up wave activity results & study opportunities generated.
- Arrange totally smart Packages for our products based on market review.
- Mainly involved in preparing the “Statistical Analysis Report” made according to Sales & Collection Reports received from the Sales
Managers to review them by high management quarterly.
- Follow up preset sales plan, projects & leads all over the Central Region.
- Developing the product in order to hegemony in the Saudi market and facing all our competitors
- Follow up the daily sales & collections & supervise the Merchandisers
- Build a strong relationship with Class “A” customers in Riyadh
- Control other departments: Manufacturing, Design & Advertising in order to supervise all stages of production & to prevent delays
