Worked with one of the biggest hospitals in UAE serving with more than 1300 employees to supervise the HR team of 12 persons. I was also a senior member of the management committee and contributed to the achievement of the organization’s mission, vision, and business objective by devising and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Established and maintained an effective Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure the optimum utilization of human capital and involved in the preparation of JCI accreditation & standards.
