Project Management and Supervision, Design Review and Recommendation, Project Specification Review and Recommendation, Technical Recommendation, Value Engineering Review, Program Review and Recommendation, Authorities Coordination, Managing and coordinating the construction procurement process, time, Cost, quality, safety etc on site. Managing and coordinating the discharge of MEP Contractors obligations as defined in the Construction Contracts and all external influences likely to affect Project delivery on a daily basis.Managing and coordinating the discharge of MEP consultants' duties as defined in the Construction Contracts and the consultancy agreements. Managing and liaise with the project team with relevant statutory authorities and utility providers.Advising the Employer through the Senior Project Manager/ director regarding published statutory and regulatory duties, particularly with regard to health, safety and the environment. Monitoring and confirming that the MEP Contractor's established and implemented and acceptable safety procedures.
Keeping all parties fully informed of all rules, regulations and procedures relating to site safety and all other documents review, approvals and reply to all Clients, contractors, subcontractor's quarries in coordination with other project's stakeholders..from project kick of meeting to taking over/handing over of the project including close out process.

• Review IFC Specification, drawing and other technical drawing.
• Design coordination of HVAC, fire Protection and drainage system
• Facilitating the manufacturing clearance to subcontractor for MEP materials and manage procurement process of the same.
• liaison with the consultant/ client for necessary approvals
• Ensure effective coordination with MEP and civil subcontractor by establishing proper correspondence and periodic meetings.
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained on MEP design prior to commencement of MEP works at site .
• Preparing the daily progress report to MEP manger and project director and attending the weekly Progress meeting.
• Attend Client representative meetings.
• Preparation of cost of activities and quantities and submit to the cost Controller for monthly invoices.
• Discuss with consultant and client representative all technical issues.
• Installation of firefighting system (water system & Gas System).
• Installation of drainage system, water supply system and gas system (LPG).
• Chilled water system, Cooling Towers, Duct system.
• Installation of Fire Alarm system
• Responsible For the inspection of mechanical materials
• Inspection of all mechanical activities
• Checking quality control, method statement and material submittals.
• Planning and supervising the execution of the site works.

• Prepare shop drawing and details drawing.
• Prepare and submit all material submittals as per the project specifications

-Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, material, consumable material and tools, etc required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution, plans and analysis all possible construction methodology and recommend the best options to MEP manger for approval prior to execution at site.
-Interpret construction drawing and studies the contract documents and applicable standard or project specification prior to execution at site.
-Manage directly and provide engineering and technical support to all mechanical groups at site .
-Plans the execution of all Mechanical Work and coordinate the work to electrical and civil works.
- Assign target for accomplishment and ensure target are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at site.
-Submit site daily reports, inspection request, estimate all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis as required.
-Support MEP manger in accomplishing all goals for mechanical and electrical work at site.
-Ensure all site works are done according to project specification and standard.
-attend regular meeting with civil and consultant to provide update on progress.
