Day to day analysis on NW performance by analyzing statistics
Analyzing Reports for performance anomalies/exceptions

Close monitoring of post-activity performance & share the impact on KPI’s after the activity & prepare a report for the customer
Creating analysis report & giving recommendations
Generate stats periodically on Cell/BSC/RNC level, to monitor performance for any degradation and check sites availability for any sudden degradation
Check alarms & escalate to concerned department
Identify worst performing cells on daily basis & then perform actions to improve their KPI’s
Perform capacity check on all NW cells & prioritizing actions for highly utilized cells
Analyzing & solving customer complaints
Analyzing current Traffic & forecasting, locating congested cells
Performs any other duties as required.
Monitoring & reporting of performance stats (2G & 3G) on PLMN, City & BSC/RNC level
2G & 3G Benchmarking reports related BSC’s, RNC’s
Generate stats periodically on Cell level, RNC level, to monitor performance for any degradation and check sites availability for any sudden degradation
Analyzing drive test log files using TEMS to improve Coverage & Interference, Drop calls, Blocked call, Missing Neighbors, Handover (SHO & ISHO) etc…
Check alarms & escalate to concerned department
Check for worst performing cells & solving them or escalating to concerned departments if needed.
Make a check for highly utilized cells of NW & prioritizing for actions.
Producing neighbor lists 3G-2G & 2G-3G
Check new sites performance
Performing Consistency check
Cluster area optimization
Follow up the Customer complaints and identifying the type of problems and solutions.
Performs any other duties as required.
