• Provide professional project management for multimillion Microsoft based projects across simultaneous client engagements including but not limited to MS Sharepoint, MS Dynamics CRM, Enterprise Project Management EPM, BI Solutions, Unified Communication, Microsoft Identity Manager MIM, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Take the needs and challenges of a client and partner with them to formulate the delivery roadmap and project plans to support business strategies and goals.

• Maintain, and deepen where possible, existing client relationships to yield continuing opportunities for the company.
• Apply Agile Software delivery practices to internal and external teams, and at times educating stakeholders and others involved while managing a project.
• Create and Manage release plans and be accountable for iteration planning and tracking.
• Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed on VSO/JIRA.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing.
• Manage delivery scope, estimates, risks, and financials throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Manage vendor relationships including negotiating and controlling contracts.
• Organize and chair Steering Committee meetings with client’s executives, capture potential risks / issues and identify options to mitigate these risks / issues in a timely manner to avoid negative impact on the project.
• Equip client’s executives with status updates and detailed project performance through earned value analysis, trend analysis, and Burndown Charts.
