As part of this role, Using SAP’s CRM application, my team works on Organizational Module and Territory Management module for providing right Security/Authorization profiles for users across Sales/Service/Marketing and Admin people across all regions to perform their duties. Conduct design sessions for all Agilent Regions and finalize the requirements, Test and Rollout new Security/Authorization profiles for all Agilent regions. Day today User Security/Authorization profile monitoring and updating the same, in case of a request from Regional Leads.
Experience in this role : As part of rolling out Customer Relationship Management application, I played an important role in conducting workshops across all regions and providing / explaining them the concepts of SAP CRM Security and Authorization concepts and mapping existing Security/Authorizations to SAP CRM Security/Authorization profiles. Successfully rolled out to AFO, SAPK, China and currently in the process of rolling out to Japan and EMEA regions
Experienced in working for Implementation, Go-Live, and Production Support projects.
