o Work on Hilton Family Project, a five stars hotel in Yas Island under Sanjose/Fibrex Joint venture.
Manage and implement a fit out and joinery package for the front of house area in the hotel. The package includes more than 545 hotel rooms & suites, Ballrooms, Executive lounge, Pre-function corridor, Kids club, and fit out for the reception & main lobby areas.
Review and evaluate the projects’ documents at the initial stage of the project and prepare in coordination with the technical manager the action plan that include but not limited to selection of materials in line with specification and the budget, the most appropriate way of implementing the design intent and the area of improvements..etc. The Project documents consist of Specification; IFC drawings, Bill of Quantities; Materials & Finishes Schedules; Quality and Safety Plan; Baseline Program.
Study the design drawings in coordination with the technical team and attend technical meetings with the client to discuss both parties’ comments and area of improvements, and the proper procedure for submission of the engineering correspondences for the client approval.
Coordinate the engineering design & the approved drawings with the suppliers and Factories and Ensure that the delivered and fabricated materials are as per the QA/QC procedure and according to the design drawings and specifications before the construction works started.

Liaising and managing all the projects’ involved sub-contractor & the site team to ensure that the project is running in accordance with the contractual requirements and as per the Baseline Program.
Coordinate with the commercial department for reviewing the progress of work done and preparation of the monthly invoice to the client, review the subcontractors’ invoice and quantities submitted for payments certificates.
Follow up the payment certificate and the monthly payment with the client, and coordinate with the commercial department on any cash flow related issues.
Manage and maintain effective business relationships with the client, contractors, and sub-contractors

Manage and implement a package of non-Structural Metalwork Along with fit-out and joinery package in Front of House and Back of House areas

Manage and implement a package of fit out and civil works Which is Front Of House FOH & ID Royal package in addition to Architectural metal & joinery works,
Work & Manage a number of commercial building and villas compound through acting as a project engineer
Implement and supervise all activity of the projects from start point until client handover including Civil works, finishing works, MEP works
Dealing with clients and consultants and sub-contractors.
