* Dealing with Bestseller Buyer, Denim products.
* Responsible for Procurement of all Fabrics, Trims & Accessories as per style’s requirement.
* Follow time and action plan properly and updating daily.
* Booking Trims, Keeping Records and Follow up them by using Excel.
* Communicate with Supplier, C&F from booking to in-house the goods.
* Follow up with commercial team regarding shipping doc's, shipment advice & payment too.
* Coordinate with other departments/Teams (Planning, Production, Store etc) for smooth operation from OPD to TOD.
* All other special job as assigned by the management.
* Dealing with H&M Brand, Lingerie products.

* Communicate with Marks & Spencer Buyer/Designer for Trims development & approvals.
* Sourcing & Communicate with Suppliers for Products Availability, Pricing, Quality, Payment and In-housing issue.
* Arrange all Trims & Accessories of Garments based on approvals & requirements.
* Communicate with Planner, Store, Production dept for Garments loading date, Line wise production qty, trims in house date, Inventory stocks & requirement etc.
* Go through style wise Sketch, Trim Spec, costing for material requirements.
* Booking Trims, Keeping Records and Follow up them by using SAP & Excel.
* Process for payment through Accounts Dept.
* Communicate with Commercial, C&F, Store for documentation and bringing the goods.
* Assist buyer to issue PO then update in system for each department acknowledgement & processing.
* Update the SAP for Flow, Costing, LC Analysis etc.
* Answer phones professionally
* Respond to customer inquiries
* Research required information using available resources
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Provide customers with product and service information
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
