- Responsible for insuring the availability of raw and packaging materials by studying sales business plan, demand requirements, customers’ orders and historical sales, and issuing purchase requisitions for procurement department (MRP Controller). Following up with Procurement department to insure availability of material on time.
- Responsible for building annual production plan and revolving quarterly plan and transfer it into capacity plan, by studying sales business plan and approved customers orders. Studying machines capacities and capability to achieve business plan and provide upper management with ability of achieving the business plan.
- Responsible for reviewing customer sales orders and approve them after adjusting required quantities to line up with batch sizes and delivery dates required.
- Responsible for reviewing demand plan and sales orders and transfer it to monthly production plan according to capacities and materials availability.
- Responsible for all internal and external tenders requirement from bidding till delivery of finished product.
Supervising 6 subordinates, raw material warehouse manager, 3 production planning officers and 2 tenders officers.
- Following up between MENA Sales and MENA Operations functions at all levels in MENA, to insure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Following on sales orders and insure orders are set according to sales countries budgets.
- Responsible for all internal and external tenders requirement from bidding till delivery of finished product.
o Receiving and obtaining local and international tender invitation through the Proper channels (i.e. Agents, newspaper, internet and e-mails)
o Identifying the items produced by our company.
o Selecting the required items and adding them to the tender costing system.
o Coordinating with the planning department in providing the expected delivery period for the items in case of awardation.
o Preparing costing sheet for the selected items.
o Deciding on the prices to quote for based on the available data obtained from the tenders’ authorities and /or the country sales managers.
o Prepare the quotation forms and the supporting documents required along with samples if needed.
o Receiving the awardation for the item (awarded or not) and adding the information to the tenders data.
o Preparing an order acknowledgment and setting the requested delivery date.
o Following up with the planning department to achieve the delivery of the awarded items in the proper timing to avoid any delay penalty.
o Preparing a shipping form and coordinating with the shipping department to dispatch the available items.
- Production Planning supervisor responsible for building up monthly production plan in consistence with customer’s orders (Sales Orders) and marketing departments.
- Responsible for plants operating properly according to the plan, and achieving plan's target.
•SAP officer: (PP module) responsible for requirements, training and deployment for SAP in the plants.
•Customer Relationship Management: responsible for analyzing, deployment and training.
