As freelancer training instructor I am conducting training courses up on customers’ requests through third party training centres.
I dealt with:
1. SAUDI PETROLEUM SERVICES POLYTECHNIC (established & supervised by ARAMCO) in Dammam. I have being a crane operator instructor.
2. NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (established & supervised by ARAMACO) in Al-Ahsa, through a third party training institute (TUV).
3. SABIC’S personnel (Engineers, Technicians, Operators, & Sales Team Members) in Al-Jubail, Yanbu, & Al-Khobar. Through a third party training centres (PROMACS, INNOVATIONS, & SUMO).
4. AL WATANIA’S Engineers, & Technicians in Qassim. Through a third party training centre (FUTURE).
Freelancer construction & heavy equipment service engineer such as: EARTH MOVING MACHINERIES, ROADS CONSTRUCTION MACHINERIES, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT, MANLIFTS EQUIPMENT, GEN. SETS, & COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM MACHINERIES. The scope of work included, but not limited to:
• Inspection of the equipment as per customer requests.
• Preparation of repair quotations for the inspected unit (s).
• Supply of the spare parts & materials upon customer’s needs.
• Repairing of the quoted equipment.
• Testing & commissioning of the repaired unit (s).
SAUDI AL KHAIR CO. is a leading distributor for AKSA generators (assembled in Turkey), & exclusive distributor for LUPAMAT air compressors (assembled in Turkey).
I used to visit customers regularly, advised them the best way to run their machines smoothly, & economically. & satisfying their requirements.
I worked very hard to increase the sales, & link the customers with the establishment.
I created new markets in remote areas such as, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, and Makkah.
I developed strong friendship relations with the customers.
Al-Rifai Trading Est. is a leading distributor for a broad range of ready-mix concrete equipment & machineries spare parts in Saudia Arabia among them Schwing, Postmaster, & Cifa concrete pumps.Libhere, Stetter, & Cifa transit-mixers. & sole agent of Air Krone compressed air systems, & cfm heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaners.
I am visiting customers regularly, advising them the best way to run their machines smoothly & economically, & satisfying their requirements.
I am working very hard to increase the sales, & link the customers with the est.

Al-Rehab Co. is a sole agent of Volvo construction equipment in Saudi Arabia among them Hydraulics Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, & Articulated Haulers.
I scheduled maintenance jobs & allocated jobs to various technicians.I also gave explain how to trouble shoot & solved problems.
I directly supervised my subordinates.When the need arisen I got fully involved in the job myself.
I also arranged the availability of spare parts to made maintenance jobs run smoothly to avoid long down time for expensive revenue generating equipment.

Carried out detailed maintenance work & run training for new employees, as well as new equipment.Training involved Diesel Engine, Hydraulic Systems, Power Train Systems(Torque Convertors, Transmissions, & Final Drives), Brake & Steering Systems of Caterpillar Tractors, John Deer Tractors, Daf Trucks, & Mitsubishi Motors Passenger Cars & Light Commercial Vehicles.

Carried out Removal & Installation, Disassembly & Assembly, Testing & Adjusting, Diagnosing & Repair of various Caterpillar equipment as well as John Deer Tractors.
Attending Caterpillar & John Deer apprentice training program.
I graduated from Sudan University of Science & Technology (formal Khartoum Polytechnic), College of engineering & scientific studies, Mechanical engineering department, Automobile technology, July 1985.
