Promoting and driving sales activities of Laptops, Mobiles, Tvs, Cameras, Printers, Supplies in HP, Samsung, Canon, Zebra, Postech and other products.
Establishing and maintaining healthy and strong business relationships with reseller channel in UAE, GCC and Africa..
Exemplarily managing 50-60 accounts in UAE and other region.
Achieving and managing monthly sales forecasting and pipeline management for all customers, while keeping track of credit facilities and stock availability parameters.
Collecting information, updating the management about competitor’s products, and pricing to enhance the advantage and profitability.
Liaising with account managers of different vendors and involving them to assist in closing big deals with the key partners.

Coordinating with product Manager for ordering stocks by providing them Sales forecast, Market Info and Prices updates.
Opening new Accounts. And Starting from zero value business to the maximum

Keeping track of all competitor activities.
Planning Promotions with GM for customers to get BOOST in Monthly and Quarterly Sales.
Responsible from Getting orders from customer, Shipment releasing and till payment collection.
Coordinating FINANCE to provide CREDIT LIMIT by providing correct customer
• Provide regular reports such as order bookings, sales tracking sheet etc as and when required
• Work with the various third party suppliers ensuring that orders are placed in a timely manner, within 24 hours, at the agreed transfer price.
• Work with all suppliers on providing accurate and on time delivery schedules for all orders.
• Provide the customer with regular updates as required
• Ensure that all export documentation that is required in support of an order is provided on time and is accurate;
• Coordinate the warranty and returns process between the customer and the Suppliers;
• Liaise with customer’s forwarders to ensure goods are picked up & despatched on time.
• Meeting with BU Managers to discuss customer issues and work out possible solutions to resolve the issues.
• Maintain customer complaint log up to date all the time.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports on customer’s issues are maintained
