ISG Novasoft Technologies is a KPO based company mainly deals with Mortgage and Title Projects for a US based Client who additionally develops software application tools.
Currently working in a Semi-Voice Process (Outbound) for Appraisal Core Processing where we need to locate an Appraiser in US depending on the County/State to survey the Property value ensuring the Appraiser submits the report well on time before the Client due. Also need to review the report upon submission based on the conditions as per USPAP norms followed in US.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing the appraisal report completed by an U.S certified appraiser which provides a valuation on the property with current market condition.
• Interacting with appraiser through calls and email to sort out the issues pertaining to appraisal reports and corrections sent to appraiser and helping them to upload reports.
• Mentoring/assisting the team by resolving the issues/concerns. Preparing management reports, process flow charts based on the updates given by the client.
