 Took the initiative and consulted with a top South African consulting Group (CRG) which culminated in a proposal for an OEE workshop which was approved by the Managing Director of I&J.
Drawing Up Process Flow Diagrams:
 I was tasked with drawing up process flow diagrams as well as working closely with the Quality Department for a Capex project costing approximately R5 million. The process flow diagrams were an essential part of the project as all future data and information regarding the project was plotted on these flow diagrams.

Achievements
 Improved process method thereby saving the company R70k.
 OEE proposal got the go ahead from the MD.
