• Lead the development of companies own e-com platform.
• Managing all online marketplace like Amazon, Noon, Jollychic, ForDeal.

I started as an assistant application analyst and later was promoted to application analyst with an added responsibility of implementation of new clients.

• Identified the features, advantages and disadvantages of CureMD's application by conferring and empathizing with clients.
• Investigated and diagnosed issues by testing, evaluating and validating CureMD application.
• Accepted ownership of issues and developed solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Compiled data and produced relevant reports on various bugs within the CureMD application.
• Documented clients' issues and processes of resolution.
• Held regular meeting with software developers to rectify issues and help improve the overall functionality of the CureMD application.

After being Student Ambassador for a year, I initiated and moved to the technical department to strengthen my IT knowledge and help me grow in my field of interest.
The role evolved greatly with time and the responsibilities switched allowing me to further grow and learn. Some of my core responsibilities were including but not limited to;
• Quality control and maintain the student labs whilst making sure the hardware and the software standards were met.
• Troubleshoot, report and potentially repair any issues.
• Support the server administrator in maintaining the server, its room and the cabling.
• Assist and support any technical issues within the student accommodation.
• Help with the universities network infrastructure i.e. assisting the network administrator
• Assist/maintain with the universities internal Intranet system on an Ad hoc basis.

As a student, I have always been eager to learn and grow which prompted me to apply for the student ambassador position.
