• Business development of the restaurant in London: establish promotionals offers : punctual (every Sunday, easter..), targeted ( children, society..), to encourage customer’s loyalty with special offer and create a loyalty card in collaboration with the marketing department
• To boost sales of the keys products : introductory offer, highlighting the product, train the staff to additionals sales, make a claim to participate at a trade fair in London
• Relationships with the suppliers in London, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester : manage the balance of power under pressure, create a climate of trust, negotiate the lowest price
• Acquire a new contract with Délice de France, a French meat wholesaler : negotiate the margin to be competitive, the terms of payment, the delivery terms
• Manage a team of 5 salesmans in one agency : the objective it was 250 000€ per month, 50 000€ for each saleman, best result : 380 000€

• Meeting once per week with the regional director to focus in my turnover and once per month in the head-office with the CEO
• Briefing every day about the results from yesterday : How many new prospects - How many customer’s appointments - How many sales. Update the commercial table
• Prospecting in different ways : phoning, mailing, field prospecting and trade fair
• Motivate the staff with monthly challenge(win a phone, short travel, intencives), create a commercial atmosphere with team spirit, always be in the regularity
• Hiring of 2 news salesman with my director for increase sales and expand the territory, training this staff in ours sales skills and technical aspects of products
• Targeting the right prospects in different ways : phoning, mailing and presence in the field, present our products directly from the person at home, create an immediate visual impact with catalog to the first sale
• Develop customers loyalty with special offer for the second order, identification of needs for propose the best offer(single, big family, old people…)
• Personal planning organization with one briefing per week and one objective : 5 news prospects per day and minimum of 2 orders per month for each news customers
• Prospecting commercial from companies and indentification of needs
• Canvassing projects under construction with one architect for propose a perfect solution
• Visit clients for check their satisfaction and take others contacts
• Respond to call for tenders and request for an estimate
