TOTAL is one of the largest oil and gas companies with its lubricant brands(TOTAL/ELF) emerging as one of the fastest growing brands in the region. I was recruited to support export business for GCC/Yemen region. The job spans 7 countries and 13 distributors. During this tenure I have achieved the following:
• Managed to implement a strict ordering procedure with deadlines being respected.
• Timely reporting procedures implemented across all destinations with regular updates on product movement sent to all distributors.
• Worked closely with sales department to issue regular price lists to reflect the dynamic movement of raw materials in lubricant industry.
• Formed an integral link between sales and production units which helped in speedy delivery of products.
• Formed an integral link between sales and marketing departments which helped in professional implementation of promotional schemes.
• Worked closely with logistics and customs departments to avail duty exemptions in 2 major destinations.
• Worked in closed association with collections department to secure all payment and in turn bring down the receivables to record levels.
Danzas AEI is a MNC Freight Forwarding Company and part of Deutsche Post-Specialized in Air (Export & Import) / Ocean (Export & Import) & Land Freight. During my tenure I have achieved the following:
• Managed to implement KPI for Local and Cross border Deliveries.
• Implemented Performance KPI for In-house drivers and transport companies
• Worked closely with Air Export and Sea Freight department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieved to get Duty Exemptions for customers
Mishan Corporation a Labour Contracting Company in Dammam K.S.A with over 2500 employees.
