SALE Advanced Co. Ltd. was incorporated in February 2008 as a closed Joint Stock Company, to lead distribution services for Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC). Aiming to refine distribution of Al Jawal Services (Recharge, Electronic Recharge and SIM Cards) and gain from economies of scale, the consortium of Interkey, Zajoul, ATC (Salam), Vodatel, i2, Horizon Orbit, Nasco, Al Shaikh and Network Lines officially came to exist as a single entity to be SALE Advanced Co. Ltd.
Major Accomplishments:
• I have started the team which was the first ladies team in the company in Jeddah in May, 2014 and now we have 25 promoters with 5 supervisors around the city in 16 locations.
• Achieved the target of 2014 & 2015.
• Handling the Business plans of 2015 & 2016 for all the channel around the Kingdom,
• Managing the team using technology, prioritization and time management skills
• Identifying, contacting and building relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Major Accomplishments:
• Leading and managing 7 branches around the Kingdom including males & females branches
• recruiting and training sales staff;
• supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
• allocating areas to sales executives;
• setting budgets/targets;
• reporting back to the Executive Manager;
• liaising with customers (which include actual selling);
• Product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies
Berlitz Language Center (Ladies Branch) was found in Jeddah city in 2005, teaching English & French for Adults with 8 instructors & 5 employees.
Major Accomplishments:
• Started offering new Languages (Spanish, Arabic & VIP classes) along with the English & French courses.
• Achieved the highest sales record in the history of the branch in 2008,
• Created an after school program for the kids starting 4 years,
• By 2009, the Center had over 35 instructors & 15 employees,
• Established and implemented directions, priorities, action plans to the LC members in order to achieve planned goals.
• Actively promote two-way communication in the LC to establish team spirit and establish a comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities included: ➢ Search and screen qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of customizing delivery to meet our clients' as well as our candidates' expectations.
➢ Validated Candidates.
➢ Formatting the CVs as per the Company's standards.
➢ Assist in the maintenance and utilization of the Human Resources Database Information System.
➢ Registration of new applications in the database.
➢ Follow up the status of the selected candidate's process and completing documents
➢ Follow up the placement of recruited candidates and make sure of the starting date
➢ Training, development and guidance of the staff.
