Responsibilities:
•Accountable for performance, capacity, monitoring, change implementation and the overall health of the infrastructure operations environment
•Leads short and long term Infrastructure operations strategic planning
•As a key technical resource/advisor, takes a lead role in projects/task forces in support of major and most critical LOB/enterprise initiatives.
•Oversee the work of the team in terms of customer service and ensure provision of timely response to users inquiries and optimized solutions to system and software operations
•Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies and submit a final technical report to the hierarchy regarding medium to large projects
•Coordinate activities with externals solution providers, network services or other information systems groups
•Configure and optimize infrastructure architecture and components (Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls and storage system) to ensure maximum uptime, high security and high performance
•Perform regular reviews of the company's infrastructure to confirm use of policies and procedures and offer recommendations and development to management
•Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory, productivity, user activity, and system performance on a regular and/or as requested basis.
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor systems and networks on continuous basis in order to ensure systems proper functioning and network stability, and take necessary measures to prevent system breakdown
2.Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies and submit a final technical report to the hierarchy regarding medium to large projects
3.Provide on-site and remote support to users for problems related to the network, the operator, the software, operating systems and system hardware diagnosis
4.Oversee the work of the team in terms of customer service and ensure provision of timely response to users inquiries and optimized solutions to system and software operations
5.Manage allocated budget and expenditures in order to optimize and reduce cost
6.Coordinate activities with externals solution providers, network services or other information systems groups
7.Administration of all networks, servers and storage infrastructure - build, test, implement, operate, patch, monitor, backup, update and secure
8.Configure and optimize infrastructure architecture and components (Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls and storage system) to ensure maximum uptime, high security and high performance
9.Advise the management for selection of network infrastructure
10.Perform regular reviews of the company's infrastructure to confirm use of policies and procedures and offer recommendations and development to management
11.Provide appropriate training for new IT team members as well as other users on equipment, software and manuals
Responsibilities:
1.Installing, configuring and maintaining Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange server, Proxy server (ISA Server 2004), Data server, Printer server and Antivirus server
2.Supporting more than 650 users on the network both remotely and in person based on the various applications and technical problems they have
3.Installing and configuring switches (3COM, ASUS, Enterasys)
4.Maintaining Telephone system (PABX) - Installing Telephone lines (Digital, Analog), ISDN Lines, ADSL Modems
5.Maintaining Novell Netware system along with Database (Dbase) - Backup of Database, Antivirus updates, Maintenance of server etc.
