▪ Review and comment on submittals, forwarding submittals to the concerned designer for response
▪ Obtaining samples and quotations when required
▪ Prepare reports and recommendations and inter disciplinary coordination

▪ Perform site inspections of mock-ups and report on: design intent compliance, quality of workmanship, recommend changes to improve workmanship, details, and material selection review, approve/reject contractor Method statement and relevant technical submittal as per specification requirements and liaise with the Design Team.
▪ Advise the submittals (submittal procedure) which affect the progress on site to Client for their action.
▪ Monitor and report contractor’s progress and all activities.
▪ Deliver all FND obligations related to the MEP Package under the Conditions of Contract.
▪ Assist the Project Managers and Discipline Engineer in delivering all other obligations under the Conditions of Contract. Assist the Project Managers in delivering all FND internal Project Management deliverables.
▪ Comply with and maintain all discipline documentation in accordance with Project Quality Plan.

▪ Manage the entire hard facilities management at 315 Bed Hospital building and high rise Staff accommodation
▪ Oversee the Contractor for construction of new Hospital buildings
▪ Liaising with management and hospital leadership in carrying out facilities and maintenance work
▪ Lead in-house team of Engineers and Technicians to perform maintenance works
▪ Contract management for a number of outsourced maintenance services
▪ Prepare, supervise and schedule preventive maintenance activities
▪ Establish and maintain proper records in accordance with best practice requirements
▪ Provide solutions and ensure all HVAC, mechanical and electrical equipment’s including Elevators in the buildings are working perfectly
▪ Carry out regular audit to minimize breakdown and reduce operational cost
▪ Implement energy saving projects in the premises and monitor the consumption
▪ Implement periodical condition survey reports to evaluate all equipment and systems
operationally, and provide the top management with a list of deficiency items and
recommendations for improvement
▪ Adherence to the regulations of JCI, DHA and other local & international authorities
▪ Obtain all third party equipment certification in accordance to local authority requirements
▪ Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables and materials for maintenance
▪ Maintain, test and implement disaster planning procedures to cover all emergencies
▪ Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise

o 470 Beds Hospital (PKLI & RC)
o High rise Staff accommodation
o High rise Patient Tower/Apartments

▪ Perform as Head of MEP department on behalf of Client
▪ Develop and execute plans for Office Buildings and Clinical sites in different districts

Project: Abu Alkhaseeb Hospital, Basrah, Iraq

▪ Lead a team of Engineers, Draftsmen and report to General Manager MEP.
▪ Review Design drawings, Specifications, raise RFI’s and get them resolved.
▪ Supervise the production of Shop drawings, detailed and coordinated sections for HVAC, Plumbing, water supply, Drainage and Fire Fighting
▪ Review material submittals and get approvals from consultants.
▪ Take off material quantities for BOQ and assist QS for estimation.
▪ Prepare detailed drawings & Method Statements for the works activities.

- Working at 5 Star Lahore SERENA HOTEL & BUSINESS COMPLEX, (17 STOREY) PROJECT,
- Plan and schedule execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting system installations.
- Liaise with and attend meetings with Client design teams to bottom out any design clarifications
- Review Design drawings & prepare Shop drawings, raise RFI’s and address sub-contractor’s issues.
- Prepare technical submittals, approvals and Procurement schedules.
- Preparation of detailed Method Statements for the works activities.
- Ensuring that methodologies are in accordance with the project EHS plan.
