RESPONSIBILITY:
· Performing site supervision for landscaping works including hardscape, soft cape & irrigation
· Manage in time for the contractor’s raised inspection for request with approved drawings, method statement, and materials approval.
· Complete knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications.
· Supervising and inspection of all civil works like shuttering and reinforcement and concrete work
· Inspection of hardscape (Embankment, Formation, kerb stones, Subbase, prime coat, and Asphalt Wearing Course (PMB) of cycle track, as per IAN, Drawing and Specification.
· Inspection of medians, shoulders, interlocking for footpaths.
· Inspection of landscape Softscape (Excavation, backfilling, and planting) of tree, grass, ground cover and shrub.
· Inspection of irrigation work (excavation, bedding, pipe laying and backfilling and Pressure testing)
· Supervising, Witnessing the sample collection as per QCS-2014 Frequency of (kerb stone, interlock, sub grade, subbase, and asphalt materials etc.
· Inspecting the materials delivery according to material delivery report.
· Coordinate with contractor and sub-contractor Engineer and foremen for proper execution of construction works.
· Implementation of site safety procedures with new excavation permits, Verification of underground utilities, Trail Pits and SIS, TDP and RO permits.
· Reviewing construction project safety practices and advising the supervisor to corrective action.
· Monitoring and Preparation of daily work progress Reports as per Working activities.
· Visiting on going task orders on daily basis for progress, Quality updates and inspections as per approved Drawings and Method statements, Materials Approvals.
· Preparing Site Observations, Quality alerts and NCR.
· Attending joint site visits with PWA and Contractor on routine basis.
· As built Drawing verification

• To inspect and record the construction works carried out by contractor on site and resolve the site generated quarries by co-coordinating with the Road Engineer.
• Inspection of temporary road diversion, road works, sign board and safety work.
• Conduct daily inspection on site to monitor the works implementation of the project base on inspection request of the Contractor.
• Supervision and inspection of Surface Drainage Culvert (Excavation, bedding, RC pipe laying, and concrete surround).
• Supervision and inspection of foul sewer line and Manhole (Excavation, bedding, GRP Laying, and concrete surround).
• Inspection of all underground utilities before preparation of road works to ensure that the construction drawings and specifications have been followed.
• Inspection of all form works reinforcement etc. before concrete pouring.
• Execution and supervision of (Embankment, Formation, Sub Base, Road Base, Asphalt Base Course and Asphalt Wearing Course (PMB), as per Drawing and Specification).
• Supervision and inspection of medians, shoulders, on street parking and footpaths.
• Assist the Resident Engineer, understands project requirement, scope of work and Checking, reviewing of Method statement, ITP and work plan.
• Inspection of (Embankment, Formation, CBM, Asphalt Base Course, Asphalt intermediate course (PMB), and Asphalt Wearing Course (PMB), as per Drawing and project Specification).
• Inspection of medians, shoulders, on street parking & footpaths and confirm that contractor followed drawing.
• Inspection and witness of Asphalt base course and intermediate course evenness using straight edge, traveling beam and IRI.
• Inspection of Road Marking and Roads Signs, installation of street Light and fixing guard rail, Crash Barrier as per drawing and QCS 2014.
• Inspection and witness of Asphalt core cut and subgrade & CBM FDT randomly,
• Preparing daily and monthly progress report, project photographs. Raising NCRs, Site Observations, (if work is not done as per required standards and procedure) and also preparing pavement laying report weekly and monthly basis.
• Checking the test report of Sub grade laid & (stock pile), CBM laid, Asphaltic layer and also checked the as built of sub grade, CBM & Asphaltic layer.

• As a team leader to provide a safe and good environment for work and complete the assigned job with the entire satisfaction of consultant & client as per specification and Drawings and Deployed the labor and supervising staff to achieve the required progress.

• Making All Foundations GRP Manhole and Duck Bank, column for sun shade, Lighting pole(500 NOS), Camera pole(250 NOS), compact Station(15 NOS), FDC(fire distribution cabinet)(25 NOS), Road Blocker(16 NOS), Road Blocker Cabinet(16 NOS), turnstile(35), card reader(36 NOS), Static Bollard(1000 NOS), Arm Barrier(36 NOS), Anti crash Barrier(6 NOS), Anchor post(1000 NOS), Transformer(20 NOS), median(36 NOS) and ramp(14 NOS) and sliding gate(12 NOS), Grouting and precast security guard house and Security search room, and installation of sliding gate, installations of Arm barrier, installation traffic light, installation of Road Blocker Cabinet, installation sliding gate motor, installation of Turnstile Gate, etc.
• Execution and supervision of (Embankment, Formation, CBM, Subbase, Road Base, Asphalt Base Course Asphalt Base Course (PMB), and Asphalt Wearing Course (PMB), as per Drawing and Specification) (25 KM).
• Supervise like Excavation (Tower), Foundation (Tower) steel structure (tower) Concrete (tower)
• Construction of medians, shoulders, on street parking and footpath (Kerb stone and interlocking paving),
• Checking of sub-contractor claims.
• Daily manpower output progress assessment report.
• Approved of each activity from consultant office.
• To keep update of daily progress reports & to Prepare and maintain a daily work program and report to Project Manager and project Director on the base of daily program.
• Ensure safety measures at site.
• Inspection of grading works cut and fills areas.
• Inspection of embankment area layer by layer for proposed road.
• Checking of all obstruction of services like water line, electricity cable and telecom ducts for relocation coordinates with concern Authority.

• Inspection of completed work preparation of snag list, final handing over and preparation of as built drawing.
• Construction Management of the project to meets all requirements specified by the Govt of N.W.F.P Pakistan.
• Execution of the project quality control management for the above project as per specification of the Govt of NWFP.
• As main Contractor to control of quality of work Such as Asphalt, Concrete and Embankment of roads.
